As part of our school-wide focus on Literacy across the Curriculum, Years 7 and 8 (ages 11–13) are looking at a 'word of the day' on Thursdays and Fridays. The pupils learn about the word during morning registration and prayers. On those days there is a banner on our website (the homepage in school) showing the word.

 

At first I used different colour backgrounds, then I used background images.
