Every year the Teatro alla Scala of Milan organizes a concert to raise founds in favor of scientific research. 
Publicis Milan had been given a chance to leave a message to the people who attended the event. 
The print campaign was published within the concert booklet, so who saw the campaign had actually paid the expensive ticket and contributed to found-raising.
