Children tend to draw naturally, spontaneously and sincere and often on something that happen to be at hand. We like this ingenuousness. Using it as a source, we have started to create this series. The second component of it are illustrations in biology books of the end of 19th - beginning of 20th centuries. Most of them contain realistic depiction of animals (commonly, in a form of engraving) and clumsy, but touching design of the book page, where the illustration is placed. We have drawn the illustrations, imposed the pages and thoroughly covered them with scribbles.
