For my Portrait Painting class, we paired up with a classmate and became both the painter and the "client." My "client" was Heather, a photo major. She wanted a fairly straightforward portrait, and so we went to the photo lab, set up some lighting, and started taking a few photos. After getting some good shots, I went straight to work with the value study, completed an underpainting, and then took it to finish! I spent about 3 days total on this piece and really like how it turned out! Don't forget to give it a thumbs up if you like it!
