Pictures Collection 2011. - I can not remember the first time I witnessed a whim of others, and of course my first whim. Ando f course too I can’t remember my last whim. But there are. And so I wanted to reflect in this collection in a painting, how to view the phenomenon as a fad.
I would like to stress that this exhibition, where the fad is set to the main shaft and fed to the different motion pictures, has always been designed and treated from the point of view "westernized." I want to put emphasis on this term, since the optics that I could and tried to establish, has been that of a grown and educated person somewhere in the old Europe.
Blurred in our existence, by default we are whimsical. Then come other aspects that make us be more or less, even to determine the type and characteristics of a whim, to establish the regularity of the whim or “caprichazos”, that means big whims, or also, our lovely existence becomes a constant and hallucinogenic whim. In just sick. Something comparable to the quest for the Holy Grail. And finally, if we're not entirely happy, we can make our lives available to the whim of others ...

Well, with this definition, with which I would definitely start to relate the fad, the movement of the figures. Since that guild is the germ of this collection ..... The moody movement of the figures.
In this work I wanted to establish a status, a dead space where the individual whims of every shape, color, text, line or pixel, can intervene in the whole work and train in a relaxed and whimsical style. The repetition of images gradually mutate into form and color. Mutated by their own whim, or by the author. But they do it rhythmically, leading a disorderly and whimsical ideas in his attitude, but at the same time hopeful to turn their existence into a miracle. And all this as an excuse to make a final whimsical desvelaré then. It could be a fad end result of a miracle. Although this is not the case.
I should note that the difference between a miracle and a fad is that mostly, the whims are often enforce or exercise more regularly than miracles. Also, as to the whims, many times we can put a price, while miracles are beyond that dimension material.
