Identity /
Below are two logos I had the pleasure of working on for Chevys. The first is a redesign of their current mark. I like to think of it as an elevation of where they were and also a direct tie to the new brand look and feel we created. It has slowly been gaining steam and is replacing the old logo when possible. The second is a logo I worked with Juan Leguizamon on (me: ACD, him: designer/illustrator) for a non-profit Chevys created to help kids in Mexico get proper soccer equipment.

Menus /
The Chevys rebrand brief asked us to evolve them out of the typical corporate chain restaurant world they had been living in. We did so by pushing the brand to a place that felt very un-corporate, warm, fun and textural through the use of distressed illustrations, wood type and absolutely no glossy photos of the food. Here you see the new brand taking shape in the form of the cantina, happy hour and the dining menus. I acted as ACD as well as designer and illustrator (along with the uber-talented Benjamin King, Jeremy Payne and Juan Leguizamon) on all pieces.

The Chevys website is the place to visit if you need to find the closest happy hour or learn a thing or two about tequila. You can check it out in all its glory here.
