Il profumo di pane caldo appena sfornato attrae i clienti di questo panificio sin dalla strada: la scommessa è stata quella di tramutare in architettura tangibile questa nota olfattiva. Il bancone avvolgente come un abbraccio e lussuoso come quello di una gioielleria espone il pane come gemme preziose; sospeso ed etereo nell’ambiente circostante grazie ai led posizionati nella parte inferiore. Studiata nei dettagli è la parte retro- stante il bancone: espositori del pane in legno si intervallano a giocose lavagne e mensole adorne di piante. A sottolineare la diversità di prodotti offerta dal panificio è la parete d’ingresso, caratterizzata da scritte viniliche che richiamano gli ingredienti tipici utilizzati. Alla base delle scelte progettuali del panificio c’è la volontà di creare un ambiente asettico e minimalista, dove la gestualità architettonica è sottotono rispetto al prodotto esposto, vero protagonista dell’interior.
The smell of warm bread just taken out of the oven attracts the customers to this bakery from the road: the challenge was to transform this olfactory note into a tangible architecture. The counter, enveloping like an embrace and luxury like a jewelry, exposes the bread as precious gems; suspended and ethereal in the environment thanks to the leds positioned in the lower part. The part behind the counter is studied in details: bread exhibitors in wood are mixed with playful blackboards and shelves adorned with plants. To emphasize the diversity of products offered by the bakery is the entrance wall, characterized by vinyl writings reminiscent of the typical used ingredients. At the basis of the design choices of the bakery is the desire to create an aseptic minimalist environment where the architecture gesture is subdued compared to the displayed product, the real protagonist of the interior.
