La ristrutturazione di questo attico panoramico situato a Roma ha richiesto un restyling a livello di linguaggio materico e formale piuttosto che un mero e proprio stravolgimento in termini di distribuzione planimetrica, nonostante ci sia stata un’ottimizzazione nella fruizione degli spazi. L’ampio e luminosissimo openspace è giocato sui toni del tortora ed esaltato dalle molteplici sfumature del giallo, messe ancora più in risalto dalla carta da parati posata ad angolo visivo sulle pareti del soggiorno. Richiami di giallo ricorrono nella scelta delle sedie e del divano. Ad armonizzare lo scenario vi sono controsoffitti fluttuanti giocati su sottrazioni volumetriche enfatizzate da luci led RGB. La cucina, come da richiesta del cliente, è stata allargata e tramite vetrate satinate a tutta altezza contribuisce ad aumentare la luce naturale all’interno dell’open space. Le librerie, disegnate su misura, sono state realizzate tramite ricercate opere di falegnameria, unendo il legno al ferro naturale cerato. Stessi richiami industrial ricorrono nella scelta dei materiali della cucina e nelle mensole in lamiera presso-piegata. Lo studio e la camera da letto sono più informali con arredi che prediligono il colore verde bottiglia mescolato ai toni del tortora.
The renovation of this panoramic penthouse located in Rome required a materic and formal language restyling rather than a mere renovation in terms of planimetric distribution, although there was an optimization in the use of spaces. The large and bright openspace is played on the tonalities of the grey and exalted by the many shades of yellow and it is even more emphasized by the wallpaper placed at a visual angle on the walls of the living room. To harmonize the scenario there are floating countertops played on voluminous subtractions emphasized by RGB led lights. The kitchen, as requested by the customer, has been enlarged and through full-height satin glass door contributes to increasing natural light within the open space. The custom-designed bookcases were made using sophisticated joinery, combining wood with waxed natural iron. The same industrial recalls arise in the choice of kitchen materials and in the shelves in folded sheet metal. The study and the bedroom are more informal with furnishings by the green color blended with the tonalities of the grey.
