Cartello is a market and communication consultancy. Its job is to collect data, identify signs of change and anticipate scenarios that may occur in markets. By creating strategies, prototypes and communication, they support entrepreneurs in the perception and construction of their companies' future in the face of ever-increasin and intense technological, social, economic, environmental and political changes. The result of their actions is to produce relevant information so that business leaders can be clear about the fate of their organizations.

Cartello is undergoing a redirect of its positioning and, therefore, it has become necessary to reformulate all visual communication of the company.
 
Cartello's new positioning is very clear: Connecting companies to the future. But what is the future?
 
From the Latin futūrum, that is to come and to happen. The future, therefore, is a conjecture that can be calculated, speculated, theorized, or anticipated according to data to data over a certain period, but can never be accurately predicted.
 
Scholars have always sought an exact definition of the future and consequently of time. Einsten related time very closely to space and converted both into physical phenomena, resulting in the Theory of Relativity, defining that large masses are capable of distorting space and time.





We sought to escape the obvious and create an impactful symbol, inspired by the visual representations of spacetime from the theory of relativity. Admitting gravity as a geometric mesh, the symbol is inspired by its deformation, created from lines that simulate this movement, representing Cartello as a company that is always in the future, capable of "distorting space-time" and connecting its customers to a new moment. The symbol also represents the initial letter C, associating more objectively with the company name.




To achieve optimal harmony between the logo elements, the symbol have been integrated in appropriate proportions. For this, the modulation method was used to find the correct positioning and measurements for the visual elements, resulting in the ideal balance between information, space and the user.
