Geometer is a studio initiated typeface, designed to push the limits of character design and legibility through basic geometric forms and abstraction. Built off a ridged 4 by 4 grid each character was designed with the idea to use 2 or 3 geometric shapes. Additionally there is no space given to each character causing them to join and interact with one another. The result is a playful typeface that feels more like illustration than words.
