Loftus Park Precinct Brochure
We were tasked to create a precinct brochure for Loftus Park, a mixed-use development in the heart of Pretoria, South Africa. The precinct has commercial office space, interactive public spaces and retail shops, including restaurants.
Situated next to Loftus Versfeld, a well known rugby stadium, the brochure and precinct identity feature subtle references to the rich rugby heritage found in the area.
Images were given a duotone treatment, to reflect the energy associated with the game of rugby.
Cover detail: blue foil on orange uncoated stock.
The orange cover was complemented with a page printed with a metallic pantone.
Grid system implemented throughout the brochure.
