Brief: Design collateral for an internal program called 'Thought Leadership Program' which acknowledges employees for their contribution in the form of blogs, whitepapers, Knowledge Sharing Sessions, etc. In return, they get prizes and merchandise from the company.

Solution: Based on the given brief, I designed a poster, tent card, teaser e-mailer and later on winner announcement posts. So the poster and the teaser were to create hype about the program with all the attractions like the Prizes and the benefits.
