Reimagining Sales Narratives with Stanley Security

Emphasizing my strength in merging design innovation with a solution-focused approach, I played an integral role in overhauling Stanley Security's sales presentation strategy. Through this collaboration, we transformed how the company's expansive product line was represented, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative for its diverse sales force. This venture underscores my capability to design immersive experiences that resonate across global platforms, from showrooms to tradeshows.
Problem:
Stanley Security faced the common challenge of a varied sales team equipped with a broad product range but lacking a consistent and compelling narrative. 

Interviews with their salespeople revealed a core issue: difficulty in demonstrating how individual products integrated into comprehensive solutions and explaining specific use cases.

Objective
The primary goal was to provide an engaging, illustrative method of representing Stanley Security's products in a solution-driven manner, making it easier for salespeople to convey their value.

Research
I delved into interviews with Stanley Security's sales team to comprehend their challenges. The insights derived highlighted the struggle in visualizing product interconnectivity and the articulation of distinct use cases.

Solution
Together with my team at VisionThree, we birthed the concept of a fully interactive, custom 3D cityscape. This virtual environment showcased multiple industries, each embedded with real use cases illustrating Stanley's solutions in action. This intuitive design allowed sales teams to walk potential clients through practical applications of the products, enhancing understanding and engagement.

Vivid 3D City Navigation: Offering a tour through various industry sectors, each embedded with scenarios to spotlight Stanley’s solutions in tangible settings.

Robust Content Management System (CMS): Ensuring sales teams always have the most recent and relevant data at their fingertips.

Tailored Sketchpad Tool: Enabling customized site planning for clients, enhancing their engagement and understanding.

Global Applicability: With content localization features, ensuring Stanley's global clientele feels catered to.

Seamless System Integrations: Built-in compatibility with Stanley's existing processes, as well as integrations with platforms like Marketo and Salesforce for efficient tracking and data utilization.
The solution was fully interactive and animated using Unity. I produced all 2D design assets, and worked with in-house 3D artist on the cityscape and interiors.

This initiative underscored the transformative potential of digital tools, especially when tailored to real user needs. The cityscape not only clarified product offerings but also contextualized them, raising Stanley Security’s sales strategy to new heights.
