Godiva Interactive Window

Godiva make premium chocolate and confectionery. Myself and Hannah Sherwen were challenged to produce a big campaign idea for how Godiva can announce and launch their new stores to attract and engage a younger audience.

I worked on this part of the campaign:

Godiva interactive window is a multi-touch shop window which allows the users to interact and explore Godiva’s large range of confectionery. The concept is simple and straight forward. Costumers, by touching the shop window using three different hand gestures, are able to visualise different information about Godiva’s chocolate. The gestures take advantage of the big touch-screen which is also capable of recognising pressure, the height of the person and the size of their hands.

Big question marks composed by the arrangements of chocolate truffles would float around the passers’ heads as they walk near the store window to get their attention and convey curiosity.

Thinking Juice, an award-winning brand communication agency based in Bournemouth who commissioned this challenge, awarded both of us for this great a well presented concept.

By touching a product, all its ingredients will be displayed around it.
One finger gesture

By using a finger, similar products to the one selected will be listed.
Two hands gesture

When two hands touch any part of the screen, a range of chocolate products is displayed. The result is based on the height and size of the hand of the person. For instance, kids are usually shorted than adults and their hands are smaller, therefore, the shown products will be more appropriated for their age.
