Avista Utilities sought to re-design their website to make it more user friendly and adhere to state accessibility requirements. We traveled to Spokane, WA and worked in a co-located environment onsite to design a new experience that met WCAG standards. Included are some wireframes to highlight the beginning of our creative process.
