Bank of America wanted a prototype for a new experience they wanted to generate for their branch staff in an effort to have a more automated host like experience for those walking into a bank. These are the screens of two potential paths. The first uses a smart lobby to help a customer as they’ve come in and inform them of new offers they may be interested in. The second is for someone who walks in who is not in the smart lobby schedule, and needs to make some basic edits to their account information. Both journeys are seen through the eyes of the teller.
