State Street brought in IBMix to envision a new billing and finance experience, to be used by both employees and clients. After interviewing a lot of users from both sides of the spectrum, we discovered what pain points our solution needed to address. What followed was the design of a system to be used by several different distinct users; with different technologic experiences.
Users on the billing operations teams would use a dashboard to track on boarding progress and exceptions, while data scientists would use a similar dashboard to track long term progress and give insights. Users in sales utilize a mobile application that lets them pull together mock quotes and track on boarding progress. The client can also engage themselves in a web experience, by tracking their itemized spending and experimenting with new products. Through these combined experiences, the aim is to push for a unified experience across all channels of the business.
