Urban Electronics

From the site : Urban Electronics is a social video game development company which aims to contribute to and expand the game industry. Video games are an art form, and like any art [ film, music, prose, dance, etc. ], we at Urban Electronics wish to illustrate messages and express themes. Simply, we make "games with meaning" and aim to be socially conscious.
It's for this reason that we started our Games for the People project. It's the next step in social game development.
Now, where I saw the phrase, "Games for the People", I thought it could be better expanded to "Game *Development* for the People". It just sounds more epic in my opinion.
Anyhoo, I figured the "U" in urban could represent outstretched hands, kind of like Link holding the Triforce to the sky or something [ or a gamer showing off his / her custom game ]. "E" is obviously for electronics but it could also mean "everyone" as well. Since "E" is also for eggplant, I looked to make a slight alteration to the logo, introducing a custom smiley face.
In the end a full-color version, monochrome version, and a slightly washed-out version was created.

UE chose not to go with this unfortunately . . . here is their official site.
