BICICLETA is an On-line Slot from Yggdrasil Gaming. I served as Creative Director on this project, and this game had a
different production process than our usual games. We decided to create a football-themed slot for the Euros, and we basically had one month to create all the artwork and animations! The game is based on the mechanics of Vikings Go Wild, and since I was the AD on Vikings, I took on the challenge. In addition to the Art Direction duties, I handled all the Visual Effects animations on the project.

Although I started my career as a 3D animator, I'm not a fan of 3D slots in general. I feel they require a lot of work in order to look decent, and time was not on our side on this project. We used an external studio for the 3D characters and animations and settled on these characters at the end of the day.
BICICLETA was a challenge to create in such a short period, but fun as always to work on with our talented crew. Thanks to all the artists, animators, musicians, game designers, producers and our incredible development team!
