Terrell Herring is a leader in the pharmaceutical industry who serves as the president of Alamo Pharma Services. Additionally, Terry Herring also participates in several charitable organizations in leadership roles such as being a trustee and/or a board member. He once served as trustee of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America and received recognition as a 2007 Big Brother of the Year honoree.

The primary program Big Brothers/Big Sisters operates involves matching volunteer adult mentors with the young people for whom they can provide the greatest assistance. Little Brothers and Sisters also often avoid risky behaviors that lead to health and lifestyle complications later on in life, and participants are 46 percent less likely to use illegal drugs, and 27 percent less likely to abuse alcohol. These benefits help Littles achieve success later on in life.
