Sample Persona/Scenario Artifacts
A few pages from a Persona/Scenario artifact from a recent project. The information represented here was obtained through research, interviews and discussions with various Subject Matter Experts. It is meant to encapsulate the strategic thinking behind the UX for the given project at a high-level.
Having an extensive background in print and web design, my documents tend to present themselves very well and are always successful at clarifying things for both internal teams and for the client.
These items are meant to showcase the broad range of deliverables that I am capable of producing for each project. The process and its documents can be molded to each specific case, as needed.

Sample Persona/Scenario Workflow - this type of visualization helps identify the intended user workflow associated with application or website.
Sample Cast of Characters - Persona Summary: This type of artifact is used to summarized the cast of characters, while offering insights into a spectrum of targeted features.
Sample User Quadrant: This type of artifact is used to visualize targeted attributes and functions across a subset of personas.
Sample User Story and Scenario: This is the core persona/scenario document, which deep dives into a persona's attributes, challenges, opportunities, needs, as well as indication of placement and process in context of the application.
