El libro tiene 168 páginas ilustradas y habla desde un punto de vista humorístico la forma de vida que tenemos hoy en día los jóvenes ( ¿jóvenes?) de más de treinta años, pero que todavía no estamos atados a hipotecas, hijos, coches, trabajo estable... El libro está separado en 8 capítulos y cada uno habla de distintos aspectos de la vida treinteenager; trabajo, familia, vida social, sexo, vida sana...
