The eMusic team was awesome as an organization but their website was a labyrinth. They asked us to reboot their user experience to streamline users through the conversion funnel with a design for the modern web. We learned that the eMusic subscriber is a pundit that values unbiased reviews and a clear way to discover new and unheard music. We tailored a simple to navigate experience around these values.
