No matter how large is the city, how tall are the buildings, how busy are the streets, Shanghai is so visually appealing that a photographer cannot help but snap pictures, helpless about what's unravelling before his eyes.
I looked for poetic images and associations, I tried to find human presence around every corner, not just the crowd, not just the bustling city, but true individual intent.
The following has been assembled and will be exhibited at Café Rouge in Paris, from January 29 to February 25, 2012.
A triptych will close the selection.
