Roma - Packaging Redesign

Roma is the number 1 pasta brand in Ireland. Our initial task was to develop a new brand proposition which delivered a clear and own able consumer-driven brand platform. This reinforced Roma’s positioning as an authentic Italian brand that helps consumers create meals.
Once this was established, we created new packaging architecture which brought the proposition to life and delivered category ownership. We simplified the brand palette and develop a packaging design that worked across all pack formats.
Our aim was to create a design that strongly communicated “quality ingredients” and delivered strong shelf appeal. Our art direction ensured the photography on-pack communicated the authentic ingredients and new iconography allowed consumers to understand the health benefits.
