One of the innovative coffee chains in Turkey, Espressolab, was established in Istanbul in 2014 after getting the copyright from the original branch in South Africa. It now has 86 branches in total, primarily in many regions of Turkey and in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Egypt, Germany, Jordan, Morocco, and Qatar. It is aimed to increase the number of branches to 200 in 2022.
I worked at Espressolab as an in-house designer between 2014-2016 and as a freelancer between 2016-2018. Working with a brand for four years gave me a very broad and deep experience in brand design.
We made the connotation of Celcius by reducing the size of the letter "o" in the brand name and highlighting the form with the horizontal line.
