                             BRAND BOOK: The Story Behind the Identity 
 
Challenge: 
To create a brand identity either building off of a pre-existing company or inventing a new one. The key is to make a company based on a personal passion. In order to create the brand, there is extensive research, including competitor analysis.The end product must include all essential parts of an actual identity. A logo system, website, a variety of advertising, products, and swag are the primary parts used in the end result. 
 
Solution:
A new brand that is not a redesign but instead an invention of what an animal advocacy organization should represent. PORT PET is the only dog & cat advocacy organization that encourages donating towards and adopting strays at an appropriate, affordable price, by utilizing positive outreach and by putting the rescuer and animal at an equal level of importance. We strive to use positive versus negative persuasion in all forms of promotions, advertising, etc. A new approach to the traditional adoption and donation system is in the forefront of the organization, in order for more stray animals to get homes all around the U.S.
