Dark, beautiful, and tormented. Designer Ito Kish goes very personal in this collection that he named after his estranged father. On the surface, they are powerful masculine pieces, rectangular in shape, with a dark finish and pen shell detail. Turn them around and witness the deconstruction of panels turned inwards, as if about to fall into a void. “Behind that strong personality were weaknesses,” Ito says of the man who left when he was 10 years old.
