The Batibot was a popular Filipino chair in the 1950s, for its perfectly small size, but infinitely sturdy construction. It is a true classic. A Filipino favorite, the Batibot is made grander in size. Keeping to its signature curves, and acrylic seat and metal in brass, chrome and copper plating are added to update this 'old but a goodie'. With its debut in the 60th edition of Manila Fame, it instantly captured the attention of fairgoers- winning the Katha Award for Best in Product Design for Furniture.
