SVITLO APARTMENT is a unique space among the high-rise buildings of central Kyiv, where art and functionality, beauty and practicality, the energies of homeowners and guests, light and shadow meet.
We faced a non-trivial task: to combine three separate apartments into one. And to make SVITLO feel united and whole - a big house with separate areas for the owners, their kids, and guests.

SVITLO APARTMENT — унікальний простір серед багатоповерхівок центрального Києва, де зустрічаються мистецтво й функціональність, краса та практичність, енергії власників і гостей дому, світло й тінь.
Перед нами постала нетривіальна задача: об’єднати в одну три окремі квартири. Та так, щоб SVITLO відчувалося єдиним і цільним – великий дім з окремими зонами для господарів оселі, їх малечі, а також гостей.
THREE IN ONE
• Having three separate apartments on the floor, we radically redesigned them and combined them into a single convenient system. At the same time, we preserved the location of the load-bearing walls, supports, and other elements, following all the rules and the most detailed design requirements. Every architect knows that this is challenging. But thanks to our ingenuity and experience, SVITLO was born just that perfectly;
• In the end, SVITLO consists of 13 rooms that form three zones:
- the owners' master with working and evening quarters
- children's space;
- a guest area with a living room, bedroom, separate bathroom, etc.

• The design and decoration of the apartments is based on the techniques of light art. Here we took into account natural light and its changes during the day and supplemented it with our own lighting design. At the same time, we have chosen surfaces that play with light flows, turning them into fascinating but unobtrusive patterns.

ТРИ В ОДНОМУ
• Маючи три окремі квартири на поверсі, ми кардинально перепланували їх та об’єднали в єдину зручну систему. При тому зберегли розташування несучих стін, опор та інших елементів, дотримуючись всіх правил і найдетальніших проєктних вимог. Кожен архітектор знає, це дуже не просто. Та завдяки нашій кмітливості й досвіду, SVITLO народилося саме таким довершеним;
• В підсумку SVITLO — це 13 приміщень, що формують три зони:
- господу власників з робочими та вечірніми покоями;
- дитячий простір;
- гостьову зону з вітальнею, спальнею, окремим санвузлом тощо;

• Дизайн та оздоблення апартаментів базується на прийомах світлового мистецтва. Тут ми врахували природне освітлення і його зміну протягом доби, та доповнили власним світловим дизайном. Разом з тим, підібравши поверхні, що граються зі світловими потоками, перетворюючи на захоплюючі, але ненав’язливі візерунки;

We think you recognize it. The guardian of this house is the beautiful and majestic DIDO. A work of art, the embodiment of modern zoomorphic ceramics, handmade using authentic techniques in our pottery workshops. They live in the most famous galleries in the world and here at SVITLO.
