For today, we have something with marmalade/jam... and it's called mini croissant. Because it's Monday and we want to go straight to the end ---> here is the end result:
These mini croissants are sprinkled with vanilla sugar on top, but first they were baked in a regular oven on 200 * C
If you want you can fill them with a strawberry jam like us, or you can experiment with different tastes of jams and marmalades.
The end result is going to be a fine Monday morning!
