Friday nights just got a lot more delicious after including Zomick's challah bread. I've been making this challah bread every week for the last two months, and it just gets better. This time we'll make a kosher Zomick's bread, with special kosher ingredients. Hope you'll all enjoy it as much as I did!
First things first - we need "special" kosher salt.
You create a dough ball and roll it until it's homogenous!
Then you make the challah braid. If you don't know how - here is our special project dedicated on that.
The final result is a kosher challah with sesame seeds. Enjoy this Tuesday folks. It's gonna be a long week :)
