B A C K G R O U N D :
The IT consulting company "Advise" was started by a bunch of developers had worked for several years together at a large IT company, but did not like the rules and structures that exist there, so broke away to start something special and unique. The years went by, the business went well, but began to realize that they wasn't not recruiting those new young stars, and found it even harder to recruit women. They realized that they had ended up in the IT zone and looked just like any other IT consultant company. It was time to differentiate, get a modern ID, in a world of numbers and codes.
B R I E F:
Create a brand, ID and visual concept that fits Advise's values ​​and how they want to be seen in the industry and everyone else for that matter. Also create a new name for the company that reflects the values.
T H E   R E S U L T :
After many hours of research we came up with the name Jelly Hive, that communicated Jelly, as something thats flexible and Hive - as something we do together as a group as a team. We also rephrased the values, vision, mission and gave their website a whole new look that fitted their new brand identity.

L O G O T Y P E :​​​​​​​
The logo is basically made of the font "Buckskin Script", and has then been tailored to fit JellyHive's style. The logo reflects the company's cohesion, the letters are interdependent and interdependent. Two logos have been developed to optimize the surface that it will cover, whether it's on social media, web page or on a t-shirt.

For areas more suited for a logo that is compact.

For areas more suited for a logo that is more linear.




C O L O U R S :
I wanted to create a palette of colours that was inspiring and easy to variate between each other, to make the mood young and happy, and not a ordinary IT Consult business which is pretty beige and grey. I also wanted to get the feeling of the ocean from Jelly fishes, and the bees from a Hive. My inspiration also was a city of lights in the dark.




I C O N :
The graphic manner includes a symbol that is a cross of a hive (which hints at the word hive) and the technical parts of a circuit board. These two elements meet in a symbiosis, which forms the symbol of JellyHive. The symbol can be animated and may be used in every colour presented in the manual.






I C O N  +  S Y M B O L:
The icon can also be used together with the logo if you want so make the message clear.
This is not used very often, but is allowed for special occasions.




ICON MAKES THE PATTERN:
When you connect the icon to each other it forms a pattern that can be used for a number of things. When you make som kind of merchandise, or a background for the webpage.

A suggestion for the businesscard for the company to use, that is fits perfekt in the graphic profile.
