Set in the heart of the Lost City, Plume at the Palace is a casual dining experience that offers the best of Africa on a plate. Sourcing the finest Grade-A quality meats and the freshest produce from local farms, Plume unveils each ingredient in a way that captures the essence of its surroundings, giving you a visual, culinary experience of Africa. The brandmark was inspired by architectural elements found in the restaurant itself, specifically the beautifully grand doors, which translated fluidly into a “plume” of feathers. The resulting modern, yet classical brandmark captures the essence of the restaurant in a simple, unique and elegant way.
