The project is located on a green site surrounded by residential villas and overlooking a canal on one side and a beach on the other side.

The concept was the discourse of the overlapping of open and closed spaces of public and private areas. The proposed design aims to provide a new intersection between public space, cultural program, entertainment/event spaces and architecture to create a vibrant landmark within an urban landscape.
