WIOT Technology Park is located in Foshan city in a new district adjacent to a natural lake, which makes it a prime location. The concept idea is to establish a strong link between the river, the lake and the surrounding area through the development by opening criss cross arteries inviting people in.
Due to the built density on site and low rise restriction, the volumes were then cut at 45 degree angle to allow for maximum day light throughout the development.
