DAZN 'Game, Changers'

The sports streaming service combined with MPC London for a exciting new punchy campaign from dentsu international.

A collaborative campaign of 6 films that act as cheerleaders for the new brand platform - Game. Changed. A new creative focusing on the ways in which the brand is innovating to liberate sports fans from the restrictions of previous technology and business models.
A total of six films produced over a period of eight weeks. A German film dedicated to the Budasliga, an Italian film for Sierra A, a Canadian for national mutli-sports, Japanese for multi-sports and finally a UK and ROI film dedicated to boxing.
 
Beautifully edited by Zoe Izzard and Ana Turcanu, each film loosely held to an overall theme of finding the quiet moments in huge sporting events, focusing on these intimate spaces and then building up a final montage of spin tingling action shots.
Sound design from Ben Leeves at Jungle Soho elevated the films hugely and of course the added bonus of having Stephen Graham and Cillian Murphy come onboard with their distinctive voice overs gave us the final touch that we needed.
Design on the key action shots was lead by Senior designer, Paul Hunt. Each shot was rotoscoped and motion design applied in the form of abstract symbols and typography. The intent was to draw attention to the skill on show and the amazing feats of key sporting personalities, always add to the shot and stay away from 'graphics for graphics sake'.
