Inspired by my hike on the Pacific Crest Trail, I created these characters based on myself and other hikers I met on the trail. I drew them with intentions of writing a children's book about the trail that will inspire kids to get outside while showing them that you can meet amazing people very different from yourself in some of the most unexpected places.

(In case you're wondering, the frog is me! One reason I hiked the trail was to escape the grey confines of the urban jungle and head back into the green forest.)
