The firm wanted to document its formal and conceptual investigation, making a small homage to the day by day research, to the on going strive towards an always new aesthetic, which doesn't stop at the first result, but evolves to select shapes and signs, constantly looking for a balance between beauty and right.
In this publication, random combinations and unexpected cuts transformed the original material, conferring to it a new aesthetic, able to raise curiosity and to surprise. In order to make sure that each piece is unique, all prints are hand assembled, so to transform it in a unique copy.

The "Quinto quarto" (literally the "fifth quarter"), according to an ancient and codified roman tradition, is what is left of the a cow or sheep after the fine parts have been sold to affluent people: the two anterior fourth and the two posterior fourth.
In practical terms, anything that is eatable of the insides, of the entrails, which have always been considered as waist, as well as food por poors. However, it is not at all a poor food, on the contrary, it is rich of taste and has a long story.
