Challenge:
To create a mini identity system for an advocacy organization. Stemming from the creation of advocacy posters, influence from the already existing brand is used to rethink how the organization’s messages can be spread more successfully. There are two key elements to focus on: donation and education.
 
Solution:
An advocacy organization that has a passionate drive to do good in the world but not all of the resources. Marine debris accumulating in our oceans around the globe has been an ongoing problem for the environment. Project AWARE is a non-profit organization fighting to halt the issue and keep the oceans trash free, especially of plastic waste. Plastics are the main issue causing animals to die or get severely injured. 90% of marine debris is made up of plastic. By targeting the message at 20-40 year old college educated, both male and female, it is a goal to educate them about polluted water endangering sea species and encourage help and donations for the organization. Word is spread more efficiently and quickly by creating a variety of more refined avenues of advertising.
