Diana is a colombian Creative Director who has worked for almost 13 years in the advertising industry, years in which she also has been teacher, jury and speaker.

In 2017 she started to work at Sancho BBDO, after she have been working for 11 years at JWT.

She has won some important awards such as Cannes, Effie’s, London, Clio, D&AD, but the most valuable award FOR HER is a global competition called Mofilm Cannes U12 which allowed her to travel around the world doing documentaries about children under the Omo’s Global concept “Dirt is good”.

Three years ago, based on her professional performance, Diana was chosen by JWT Worldwide to be part of its High Potential Program, recognition that took her to New York to receive a training that changed her way of thinking. Part of this transformation influenced the decision to focus not only in the brands of the industry, but also the people around it. That’s why she decided to take the time to form new professionals, becoming a teacher.

She has had a lot of good moments in her career, but the last years have been particularly special for her. In April 2016 she had the honor of being selected as one of the Women To Watch Colombia, an award that is given to different women in the world for their contribution to the advertising industry, and two months later, she was selected among more than 500 creatives of the world, to be part of the See it Be it program in Cannes, a special program designed to change the ratio of female leaders in creative departments.
