Tomasz Starczewski is a freelance architect and designer currently living in London. He is educated from Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Architecture in 2009, and Barcelona based Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia in 2010.

Tomasz gained over three years of professional experience. Through his career he worked in several architecture offices located in Europe including Nex Architecture (London), Arphenotype (Köln) and Are Architects (Warsaw). During this period he achieved an experience in designing objects of different scales including masterplanning, architecture, interior design and product design. He has been involved in designing offices, public buildings and residential projects in various locations, from schematic design and planning application to producing drawings packages.

His work has been widely exhibited at the Beijing Architecture Biennale in 2010, at the DHUB Fabrication Laboratory, at the Arts Santa Monica in Barcelona and currently at the San Telmo Museoa in San Sebastian. Tomasz’s work was also introduced in several international publication such as ‘ecoMachines v3.0’, ‘Mechanic Processes’ or L’Arca, Dezeen, Bustler, Fluid Forms and during different international events such as Fabricate, Design Computing Community and Digital Crafting Network in Copenhagen in 2010/11.

Tomasz took part in several international workshops, such as Smart Geometry in Barcelona and Copenhagen, Solar House Workshop in Barcelona, Workshop Factory in Warsaw and a few others, where he developed his capabilities and expertise in experimental design and contemporary design approach.
