- 16 years professional experience with photo retouching and image manipulation.
- Performing high-resolution digital retouching for a variety of imagery, including products and people
- Creating composite images from multiple image sources
- Creating background extensions
- Performing complex retouching tasks such as replacing textures on fabric materials, re-lighting products and environments, correcting banding and moiré issues
- Knowledge of printing processes to ensure print feasibility, color adjustment and file building techniques
- Ability to follow creative direction from senior team members & build upon creative ideas when needed
- Executing layout and design changes according to direction of the creative team
- Performing quality checks in accordance to operating procedures and client brand guidelines

Qualifications:
- 16 years professional experience with photo retouching and image manipulation using Adobe Photoshop and overall deep understanding of Adobe Suite, graphics tablet/pen, Apple OSX.
- Strong color management & color theory skill set required. This includes a strong understanding of CMYK color space, including conversions from RGB, controlling ink coverage, minimum dot-gain and GCR
- Strong working knowledge of Color Theory and Color Correction

- Able to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail through tight deadlines and daily shifts in priorities.
