30 yrs experience as an amateur photographer was cut short 5 yrs ago when my eyesight started to fail (due to old age & yrs of abuse). My brain simply could not adjust to becoming long sighted and this resulted in me laying down my cameras for a very long time. But, touch wood, my camera to brain connections seem to have worked out their differences now and I'm back taking pictures once more.

My photographic style has developed over the years, gradually becoming a fast, immediate and instinctive street photography. I'm what's known as a 'Walker' in street photography terminology. I storm through city streets, catching fleeting glimpses of relaxed people in their environment.

I find everyone beautiful, I find everyone fascinating & I find that taking pictures in my non-intrusive way accentuates their independent qualities. Read Less
