I am a web/graphic/print designer and writer from the East Coast of Canada. I have written pieces for Huffpost, The Mighty, and Thought Catalog. I am currently a guest blogger for Healthy Minds Canada and I am an advocate for mental health conditions including depression, anxiety and my own neurological disorder, misophonia.
