I'm a big-time idea person and love coming up with new things. Even in a tiny little brief, I always think there's a chance to make something valuable that makes me feel good. The toughest part of my gig is trying to figure out how people behave and turning it into a kick-ass story (that's probably the biggest thing, really). And I don't just rely on creativity - I know marketing and other practical stuff need to line up with the creative concept to make it work.
