“Lost in Foster”gives you the chance to take on the role of a foster child’s teddy bear in a hide-and-seek game gone wrong. In this 2D platformer, explore the Victorian age dungeon of a house, solve all the puzzles that stand in your way, collect and use toys to aid you in your quest, recover all the lost children, defend them from the menacing embodiment of their greatest fears in turn-based combat, and put an end to this endless night! Watch the backstories unfold as you progress through the game and discover how each of the kids ended up in foster care. All the while, utilize the balance of fear and love that each child is feeling, as it will be the source of your power. Every choice you make in battle will effect the balance, and while a little love or a bit of fear may have a variety of effects, if a child is overwhelmed with love, you will be granted victory in battle, but if they are consumed by fear, it will be game over. You will be faced with some of humanity’s greatest fears in many different forms, defeat them all and destroy the root of their power so that the children can see the light of dawn once more!
