We're seeking a Digital Designer with a passion for crafting engaging campaigns across our Marketing, Social, CRM, and Content channels and through the customer lifecycle. We’re on a mission to transform the market by making credit better for our customers, and our designers play a pivotal role in crafting an engaging customer experience, which we’re constantly evolving in response to our customers’ needs.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit Design team within Product, and you’ll also work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, Business Development and Legal roles on a day-to-day basis. You’ll become an integral part of our small, passionate team, working in a friendly and highly collaborative environment, where individuals are given as much autonomy as possible so they can innovate quickly.

As a Digital Designer, you work closely with internal stakeholders to understand objectives before translating into engaging creative assets. You advocate an holistic approach to design, and your creative concepts cater for all touchpoints in the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition through to retention. You're curious, confident experimenting, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo. You’re pragmatic under tight timeframes and understand the value of testing and refining in the wild. You’re devoted to your craft, inclusive in your approach, and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.



Craft compelling and effective creatives for marketing channels across our portfolio

Brainstorm campaign ideas and develop creative concepts with stakeholders

 Design creative assets for marketing & social campaigns across our portfolio

Design and build templates for CRM and email promotional creative

Create motion design graphics for Facebook Video Ads

Understand business objectives and optimise creative performance for each channel

 Ensure a consistently high quality experience is delivered across all touchpoints

Engage team members and key stakeholders through your design process

Cultivate a strong sense of empathy when designing for behaviours, needs and goals

Design and optimise assets for multiple breakpoints and platforms

Understand the technical possibilities and limitations that impact your design decisions

Proactively identify opportunities to improve our campaign design process

Contribute to a coherent visual language and design standards

Seek out opportunities to improve the holistic customer experience



Degree in Design, Digital Media or Fine Arts preferred

Professional experience within either an in-house environment or agency

Experience designing for client-side campaigns, content, and communications

A portfolio of exceptional design thinking demonstrating your grasp of design principles, methods, and broad range of approaches

A proven track record of delivering effective digital DR marketing campaign visuals across email, banners, landing pages and social channels

A deep understanding of designing for multiples marketing channels

HTML & CSS knowledge, current on latest responsive design techniques

Motion design ability or experience using animation to educate, engage and delight

Experience working closely with copywriters to shape content and messaging

Knowledge of responsive email design best practices

Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Comfortable eliciting requirements from multiple stakeholders

Proficient in designing video animations (in AfterEffects)

Proficient designing in Adobe Creative Suite & Sketch app

Ability to prioritise projects, communicate progress and deliver on time

Demonstrate an open design process that embraces sketching, workshops and physical artefacts to explore ideas and demonstrate thinking

Experience working with governing a design system and library



Experience in data visualisation and infographics

Basic knowledge of JavaScript

Experience designing for personalised email campaigns

Interest in building mass-market consumer fintech products

Experience working with legal and compliance for approval and sign-off

An interest in AI and designing for personalisation

Interest in developing and brand identity and visual identity systems
