GETTING STARTED: Once you approve the quote, I’ll require a 50% down payment. Once the payment is received, you’ll be added to my project calendar and we’ll move into the design phase. 4. DESIGN PHASE: I’ll get to work on our concepts and present sketches. I’ll get your feedback and we’ll move forward with your selected concept. I’ll finalize our chosen concept. You’ll have 2 rounds of revisions included within this phase. I’ve found 2 rounds is a good amount to ensure you’re happy with your art. If more revisions are needed, they will be billed and added to the final payment. 5. FINAL ART: Once you approve the final art, I’ll package all your files and they will be uploaded to our project folder for you to download. The remaining 50% balance is due before the final files are uploaded. 6. 2-WEEK RETAINER: I am available for questions or to address any issues that may come up once you receive your new art.
