This project was my first attempt in photographing other collectors, their collection, and their life.
Mr Stevens was first person that sprung in my mind.

He has been collecting tools and machines throughout majority of his life and in current state, his personal tools could supply medium sized hardware store or processional workshop.
But once while talking about his collection he said:
"You know Paul, it is funny how I've spent nearly whole life working hard, buying those machines, and now when I'm old and retired, I have everything I need, everything but energy to use them"

Those words stayed in my head and were turning point of that project.
